Timeline
- Failure reported to me at 3:20am on Wednesday 25th March 2026 by the monitoring tools. I was asleep!
- 9:12am 25th March: attempted to login, without success
- Reported this to the maintainer and then spent most of the day going back and forth in email tickets!
- 25th March 5:02pm: they escalated it internally
- 26th March: Chased several times for an update!
- 26 March 6:11pm. Latest response: Firstly, please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to you and for the ongoing issues with your server. I understand it has been down for over 36 hours, and I appreciate how frustrating this lack of contact must be. I have personally investigated the matter. Although our developers previously indicated the issue was resolved, I have logged into your remote console and can see that the error message is still present. Because of this, I have raised this again with the developers as a matter of urgency to find out exactly what is going on.
- 27 March 10:01am: Chased them for an update!
- 27 March 12:11pm: Chased again for an update. Still no response!
- 28 March 10am Started to build a new server and recover a backup
- 28 March 13:30 back online
